YESTERDAYS MISSION

So yesterday me and Ellie went on a big hunt for clothes for our hasidic Jew inspired shoot on Thursday and the buffalo/cultured shoot the following Tuesday. We stopped off at Blow first and got a couple of good items, although no easy feat when given an obviously new pr guy to contend with.

After admitting defeat there we turned our attentions to the north of London and Angels Costumiers. Probably one of the most crazy places in the entire of London, you could easily lose yourself (or get lost yourself) amidst the rails and rails of costumes. It's where all the film people get their costumes from apparently. It's literally HUGE. There was every costume item you could ever imagine all housed under this one enormous roof and it would definitely take you weeks, if not years, to rifle through everything. An Aladdin's cave of dressing-up goodies.

We made our minds up on a native american grass skirt, indian headwear piece, black trilby hat and some sort of aboriginie neck piece only to find out later we couldn't actually take them home that day. Annoyed.

Nonetheless I think we're pretty sorted for the shoot, bar one missing photographer, so see updates for photos in the coming week.

I think I might go to 'spoons in a bit for a cheapo cocktail, laters!
